DECOYED

A RHAPSODY OF SONG AND DANCE ABOUT SEDUCTION AND TEMPTATION

With the composer DAVID DRAMM a.o.
From a rock in the sea halfgoddesses of rare beauty fatally lure travellers with their mesmerising songs. This mythological tale of the Sirens inspired choreographers Pieter de Ruiter and Eva Villanueva to create Decoyed, a rhapsody of song and dance about seduction and temptation. What happens if these halfgoddesses despair and their seduction strategies go haywire? Do they lose their powers or do they resort to other tactics? In an imposing manner their bodies tell what their words suppress and their words tell what their bodies conceal.
